• A deposit of 50% is required for all reservations of more than two (2) days.
• A deposit of 100% is required for all reservations involving occupancy during Christmas, New Year's,

               a. made 60 days or more prior to the scheduled check in date will result in a full refund less 25% of

                   the deposit.

               b. made 30 – 59 days prior to the scheduled check in date will result in a 50% refund of the deposit.

               c. made 14 – 29 days prior to the scheduled check in date will result in a 25% refund of the deposit.

               d. made less than two weeks prior to the scheduled check in date (including “no shows”) will result

                   in a total forfeiture of the deposit.  No portion of the deposit will be refunded. 

By submitting a reservation request form, you are affirming that you have read, understand, are in full agreement, and accept all of the terms and conditions within the Coral Cay Resort Reservation Agreement/Cancellation and Refund policy.
